they are signing to get mortgage next month. and dad said if he become my cosigner it may cause a problem when they are signing for a home BS
but he said he can sign it after he signs for home

or i ll sell my car and put 20 grand down payment and wont need any cosigner

I hate the financing part. I got the S2K with $500 down and not a penny more. It took a few places to approve that low but Honda financial finally did.

Did you try Golden 1 Credit Union? They are fairly low with APR and 10% down payment is all you need. There should be a local branch somewhere down there. Also Patelco up here in the north bay/Sac area is a good lender too.

Its a nice car. Hope you get the best deal out of it. Congrats!

Thanks for the info . however my credit score is over 770 but i have been working only for a year. and i changed 2 jobs in this period of time. they said they are very short terms. right not i have 20% down payment and they asked for 50% w/o any cosigner

What's their interest rates like?

Go through a credit union instead.

I understand they favor long term at 1 job but with that high of a credit score the lenders should be kissing your ass and begging to lend you money.

As a comparison. I have a credit score of around 550-600, not sure exact number and I put 2.5%. Your prime score should overshadow the lack of work term.

that's why i said F that.

If your fico score is really that high, the fact that you changed jobs twice within the short time period doesn't hurt you as much.

go through a cu. save yourself the hassle.
