Bluesaint:
Why on God's green earth would you remove the ENTIRE A/C unit, unless of course your car is racing car.

Ibleed just bypass the A/C pulley completely like I recommended.

A/C compressor disengages when you hit Vtec no need to remove the belt.

Also, isnt the heater unit also part of the a/c compressor/evaporator unit. That would mean you lose heat too. Depends on where you live, but i like my heat on when it gets cold. Plus when you get stuck in traffic in the heat, having your top down does not cool you off.

it means you use the same belt i told you the part# of. Just don't put the belt on the AC compressor.

he probably already took out the spare tire and tools. just taking out your spare tires and tools isn't that much, and 9 out of 10 s2k's that race probably have it removed already.

the a/c is run on the pulley, so is the alternator and superchargers are also powered by the pulley. If you remove the a/c, your pulley will have too much slack since it was made to run with a/c.

what kind of pulley are you guys using when you remove the a/c?

i only raced 2 hemi chargers in my life and both of them i smoked on the dragstrip. I gotta admit, it picks up quick off the line but once i hit VTAC, i bounced on him.
