Default symptoms of a clutch going bad?

just started to happen today, drives fine without any slipping at all. sometimes hard to get out of 1st gear and reverse only. even with the clutch pedal completely pressed in, the car still feels like the clutch is slightly engaged with a tad of jerking. only very low speed 2<mph in 1st and reverse only. checked the master cylinder which had a slight leak and has been changed. the slave is fine with no leaks at all also. bleed correctly til not no air bubbles are left at all. symptoms of a failing clutch

clutch should be fine. I'm at 76K on original and I know of a few on here around 140K on their first clutch.

Are you 100% you bled the system correctly? I got air in mine the first time.

Ignore my syncros comment I thought it read going into first.

before even changing the master cylinder i has bled it to try with little to no improvement. after the change, bleeding it was a breeze. kept doing it until a clear stream of fluid came out with no signs of air
