I had espiler springs put in at about 50k miles and now at 109k my oem suspension is pretty much finished, i bought a complete used set off craigslist but now i need someone to switch the springs over and install the new suspension, i wanted to see if anyone here had any reccomendations to who can do this for me. I wanted to check with you guys before i take it to a shop, maybe theres a honda tech in the bay area that you guys have worked with before or maybe even a moderator who be willing to do this for me at a reasonable price

I think you can rent spring compressors at most car parts shops for free, just a deposit which you get back. Call around.
