Go to the upper left corner and click

You'll get a drop-down menu. Then click "Photo Album"

You'll be taken to a new page. Then, in the upper right corner, click
Name the Album whatever you want
Click on the Album you just created
Then, click
Click "Browse..." and find the file on your computer
Then, click "Add Images"

Afterward, come back to this page and click

While writing your new message, click "Insert Photo From Your Albums."

Find the picture you want, and click on it...
