Stock suspension question
I would love to try to keep using my stock suspension for track use.. but I really need to find exactly how much camber i can induce on the front and rear of my ap1. I am sorry if I am posting in the wrong area. I would love to get near 3 degrees, but im fairly sure it wont be possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have searched the net and no site will give me a definitive answer to my question so I am guessing that someone here will know.
Thanks

are you talkn bout -3 all around or just rears? you should be able to get 3 degrees out of the rear without any problem, just make sure you take it to a good alignment shop that gets your toe in spec too if you want your tires to last

-3+ degrees camber is a little excessive for stock settings imo. But you can run it *i belive..., there are several members that are running this right now, including I.
I would go with the "UK specs" for a stock setup. This is supposed to give a more aggressive/ optimum handling settings vs. stock.
I went ahead and Copied & Pasted Specs
Factory alignment spec
Front
Camber -0.5d +/- 0.17d
Caster +6.0d +/- 0.25d
Total Toe In 0+/- 2mm
Rear
Camber -1.5d +/- 0.17d
Total Toe In 6mm
Honda (UK) Recommended Optimum Specification
Front
Caster Left 6

I didn't think 3 was possible at stock height?
I would just run the most you can. You'll gain more camber than I will although I'm not sure if that gain will compensate for the amount of lean most likely not..
Trial and error

My issue is that i m driving on the outside 10% of my tires. When under steady state high g cornering) I think the guy that had my car last set the camber to 0% lol. My last track day was miserable as i could not get ANY traction. When I looked at the tires, i see heat and color changes on ONLY the outside edges of the tires. Every other car I have had has worn the tires evenly on the track. With equal color changes on the tires. (blue/purple color) I know that 3 degrees will help ALOT. I really wanna try to run one mor track day on stock suspension before i decide on the src or the kws.
