no, i eventually got my stuff. from the day i last made contact til i received my package, it was 10 days, not including sundays since USPS doesn't deliver on sundays. i'm still waiting to give a proper review. things got pushed back due to this and i'm not complaning or anything, but i wish this could've been handled better.

EDIT: Browsing through forbidden's thread, they do sure seem to have alot of positive feedback, about customer service, and products.
