Before this gets out of hand did you contact Spyder via PM to try to resolve this? Maybe he will chime in here and settle this without jumping to conclusions. Also no need to be an internet tough guy, but 2 weeks really isn't that long of a time and shipping can sometimes get delayed.

if you read the first post and saw the pics, i did state that i made attempts to contact them to resolve this issue. they still haven't responded with any reason or apology til this hour/day.

so if you're saying 2 weeks isn't that long for delayed shipping, would you NOT be aggravated if they lied to you saying that they 'lost the tracking' ? << that was the most BS i've ever heard up til this day. you can't lose a tracking and assign a new one. you either shipped it, or you didn't. if they were professional and said 'i apologize for any inconvenience, but we were caught up on work,' then i understand. however, leaving someone hanging like that is not acceptable for service.

I remember waiting 1.5 years to get the first aftermarket HID kit back in late 90's. They told me a month, then 3 months, then its out of stock getting shipped from Japan so it takes like a month to have the boat come to the U.S. and pass customs etc...then at one year asked me if I wanted my $1499 deposit back but I said I can wait another 6months hen bam got it but the price was reduced to $1200. Goddamn most expensive HID kit ever! And it's only for a 1999 Honda accord lol

Just charge it back and be done with it. Life is too short to screw around with people who are not responsible.

Bet you wish you'd paid the 2%. It's not trust that needs changing, it' judgement. 2% on $85 <$2. Very cheap insurance. You risked $85 over $2. That kind of gamble rarely pays off, and in this case you've burned through more than $2 of your time to attempt to get your money back. Your money is lost, this seller is a bad seller and that is that.

If you funded with Visa or Master Card through your paypal, you can still charge it back.

Sorry to hear ur having issues. My transaction went smoothly for my hardtop. He's a good dude but i think he's super busy (of course that's not an excuse). I wouldn't worry about getting scammed.
