i know the dates are tentative, is it being broken down by time slot or first come first serve,

Just to clarify things. There will be 2 days of rolling. Saturday will start bright and early around 9:00 am. Sunday perhaps a little earlier.
As for the place, I still think it will be at Modmonkey's garage.
What do you guys think will be the most suitable place?
And as for the time well do a time slot system with the people on the list being the order .
Is the list still valid or does it need to be updated?

I have talked to Isaac aka spunkysandoval. He's willing to come up to Norcal to help us roll and flare our fenders! I have heard some great things about the work he does from the Socal crew.
THE FOLLOWING ARE INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THE FENDER ROLLING DAY. LIST AS OF 8/17/08:
*date of work 8/23 and 8/24*
DETAILS:
WE CURRENTLY HAVE 10 PEOPLE SIGNED UP BUT WE ARE TRYING TO GET AS MANY PEOPLE IN AS POSSIBLE.
SPUNKY WILL ARRIVE ON SAT MORNING AND WILL LEAVE ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON AT 4.
WE GET PROBABLY GET ABOUT 6-7 CARS IN ON SATURDAY AND THE REST ON SUNDAY.
I am currently setting up times of what time everyone should show up. People who are for sure interested but not on the list please PM me. I will see what day you should stop by.

Issac, give me a call once you land so I can make it to modmonkey's place (I PM'd you my number & address).
I'll have a couch for you to sleep on along with bathroom necessities for you to use. The place will be pretty much spacious since I am in the process of moving.

Hey guys, Sorry - work has been busy.
I have PM'd those who are attending, Please let me know if I missed you. Im located in Milpitas.
I figure its prob. not a good idea to throw my info on the internet.
I have a PS3, but only 2 games (GT5>A). Brian, if you want to bring your projector, I have plenty of walls we can put it up on.
Any one down for a BBQ? I don't have a grill, but maybe someone can bring one? We would also probably want drinks and ice. I have a cooler.
