Default Splash covers (front), possibly fenders replacement

Last night something on the freeway hit the front covers on the bottom of my S2000 and have ripped and come off.

Will need to replace (at least) following parts:
74112-S2A-010 010 001 COVER, FR. (LOWER)
74101-S2A-020 005 001 FDR, R. FR. (INNER)
74151-S2A-020 011 001 FDR, L. FR. (INNER)
74111-S2A-000 009 001 SHIELD, FR. SPLASH

Source: Part List

1. Can someone recommend a shop to take my car to? Reviews are great for Acura Honda Connection (San Jose CA). Anybody has experience with them?
2. The fenders have a few dings that I have been lazy about fixing. Is there any advantage to replacing the fenders with the covers as well? Some labor overlap.
3. What can I expect this repair to cost?

Unrelated to the issue:
For body work - repainting the bumpers, and then removing minor dings/dents (will not require removing the doors off the hinges) from both the doors - any particular recommendations? In the past I did take my car to Active Auto Body (Sunnyvale) a couple of years ago and got an estimate of about $2K for this work. But lost my job and could not afford the repair then. Wondering if I can expect it to cost the same for this work? Also anybody has prior experience with Active Auto Body (Sunnyvale)?

Thank you for help in advance.

Regards,

I just had work done at Active after I was backed in to my another bar. They replaced the front bumper and the left fender and blended the hood while fixing rock chips in the front. It looks great, everything was really easy and I would recommend them. One thing they didn't do correctly was install the head light properly. The headlight and turn signal works but the hazard light won't work but I went back and they fixed it. Overall it was quick and easy though!

My boy's shop. Has worked on many s2000. At least 6 members that I know of. Very fair with his pricing and his team is very careful of the work.
