So who was the ****ing genius in a white s2k driving down taylor towards 87 that decided to try and manji?!?!
It's a festival with kids and people walking around (not to mention cars driving opposite and cars parked on the side) and this jackass decides to peel out and ATTEMPT to manji right in front of where the cars were showing on 6th street.
