Default Spacer install

Hmm, so Im about to install spacers and frankly they aren't the easy bolt on ichiba v2's. (H&R's) Anyone know who can install these for a good price? Willing to drive out a bit to get them installed properly for a decent price.

How thick of a spacer? Do you need extended studs? Jei @ Blacktrax did my pressing.

15mm. It has the studs already on there already I believe. In the end it wont make a difference in stud length ... you don't just add it onto your hub I think, it replaces the hub itself, correct me if i'm wrong.

Yep, just bolt them on. The only problem you may run into is if the original studs pass through the spacer & hit the wheel.

I couldnt use those type of spacers with my CE28 due to this dilemma (10-15mm). A larger 20-25mm wouldnt have been a problem with the CE28 but that was beyond what I needed.

Test it out, shouldnt be that much work.

Just bolt the spacers on to the stock studs then bolt the wheel on the studs that are on the spacers. Make sure torque them down good then drive around for few miles then retorque the spacers. Don't over torque anything tho.

they will bolt onto your hub, then your rim's will mount onto the spacer.
doenst h&r do the same thing? i know for euro cars they do have the same style as the ichiba spacers.

they look similar?

your rims shouldnt hit the studs comming out as shown on this IS.

maybe the IS crew would know the exact answer, and your options for 15mm spacer... gl!

Does he know that for sure? He's got aftermarket wheels, most of them don't have that extra space.

I recall the RE30s had a bore for the excess OEM studs popping out.
