South Bay Honda
Anyone have any experience with the Service Dept of South Bay Honda? Good or Bad, please let me know. I was told when it was Los Gatos Honda, it was OK, but would like some comments please.

I've been there a few times (both when it was Los Gatos Honda and after it became South Bay Honda). As far as I could tell, it was the same staff in the service department, so it should be fine. I should note that the last time I went there was almost a year ago, though.
