I did that to my neck one time when i was in elementary school. Running through someones front yard and they had this laundry line from a tree to their house which had nothing on it so I couldn't see it...knocked me on my ass and I got this rope burn on my neck.

Imagine the damage from a simple piece of laundry line rope ... and you were just a kid probably running three or four miles an hour - tops. Then think about hitting something like a piece of rebar at 20-25 miles an hour.

I hope that the people who did this are brought to justice.
