I have to disagree here. If you saw him waiting. Let him know you're not backing out so he can go find another spot.
If you were in his shoes and some woman just sits in her car filing her nail ignoring you, you'd be upset too.
I know you won't block her car but still, it's courteous to let him know you'll take your time.

^^that happens all the time. i'd jus leave and find another spot. i wouldnt get into their face about where they should warm up their car or why their taking so long. for all i kno they could have been waiting for someone and that person is laggin
