bring lots of water and stuff to munch on. It was pretty hot that day in August. And a towel and clothes to change into. I was on the track almost all day behind the fence and had to change my shirt and clean myself off from all the rubber that was flying around after everything was done. I got pegged by a piece of rubber in the practice session. Luckily it bounced off my shoulder and not off my face...
