Default solder iron
i ripped a wire out of a circuit board and i dont have a solder iron to put it back
does anyone in the bay area (east bay) that has one i can use for 5 mins.
i'll buy some drinks (starbucks, tapioca, beer?) thanks

You can get a solder iron at Radio Shack for the price of a beer/latte.

Speaking of soldering irons, has anyone tried the "cold soldering iron"? I saw it advertised on TV, but I have never seen one up close.

I got one of those cold soldering iron from Costco and works okay. I still prefer the hot soldering iron.

BTW, go to Frys and they cost about $10-$12.
