Damn, this thread got hijacked bad!
Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I saw a few of those places, but I didn't end up going to them. Spent Friday at Suite 181 on Eddy in SF and Saturday at Blake's on Telegraph. Oh, and Top Dog was everything I have heard it to be
