I got the flu shot last year. No pain whatsoever. The only time muscle injections hurt for me was if they injected a large amount.
on another note, the gauge of the needle also determines the factor of any pain, size of person(toned muscle, obease, etc).
FYI: for anyone else getting any injection it be best NOT to flex, just relax and let the good times roll lol.

I have given over 700 Flu Shots since 2001 and can tell you they do not hurt that much. Pretty much the only real pain is like a small bee sting, thats it. If you have a bruise or its sore, then that means they went too far and possibly used to large a needle.
Standard size is 23 guage 1 inch. You can use a 22 gauge and 25 gauge. Sometimes you have to use 25 gauge on smaller individuals. 0.5 mL is the standard and only amount of flu vaccine they should be injecting into your deltoid if your older than 36 months of age.
Your alternative is the Flumist. I have given hundreds of these as well. Doesnt hurt at all but feels a little weird the first time.. Its more of a stream, not mist.

You switched cars again.
Funny thing was I test drove an E46 M3 for over an hour and was not impressed what so ever. They are not that fast at all and my buddy that owns an E36 was like "thats it"? So I want the 333 hp in a convertable.
BTW I picked up an Xbox 360 with Gears of War.
