Just go to OSH & check out the stainless steel self tapping screws. They come in different sizes/lengths. By looking at the hole size, you should get a general estimate of what to get.

 

Installation Instructions

They use the standard 10mm bolts along the underside of the bumper.

 

5x10 or 5x12 is my guess.
