perhaps you misunderstood me, I wasn't replying to your post specifically at all. on a general basis, anyone who is apart of the case-by-case scenario that helps someone else get an illegal smog will be fined as well if they are caught.

I think OP will have an easier time finding an address out of state than smog hookup in this forum.
