Default smog place in southbay?

Does anyone know of a cheap smog place? I need to go get one done for resistration. Thanks.

Note that my car will pass.

theres a place on santa clara and 24 or 25, owned by viet people, $40

Depends on whether it includes the certificate or not. My experience is that the going price for "Test Only" (in the South Bay) is around $50 including certificate. So if you can find a place that charges less, then you are doing good. Good luck.

Do you guys get a "pennysaver" booklet in the mail?

They usually have deals there.

Up in SAC you can get Smogs for as low as 19.99 + cert.

Campbell Chevron, corner of Hamilton and Winchester, next to Mountain Mike's pizza. Paid $19.99 + $8.50 cert. No wait, pretty fast service. Check Craigslist for deals in your area.

confused is that Payne and Winchester or N. Central and Hamilton?

wtf, i just checked craigslist and there's a lot of good deals on there. i paid for 70 something about 6 months ago. big FAIL for me for not using craigslist for that.

Good thing I checked this thread, just got a letter from DMV saying I need smog this year to register. Didn't know about all the cheap places on craigslist.

Also, I'm thinking about getting an IP kit. Has anyone ever pass smog with non-carb turbo kit w/ Emanage or AEM FIC or Kpro to retain the ODBII port? PM me
