It will not pass visual. Will it pass the sniffer? If your engine is in healthy shape. None of us can tell you if your engine is in healthy shape though...

Yep, getting my car smogged as I type this. I took off header and hfc and put stock back on. It wasnt worth the hassle not to mention my registration is due tomorrow.
