Check out my signature for an awesome vendor who will sell you a HFC which is NOT smog, legal, but he will lie to you and claim it is!. Nothing better than being mislead and jacked $300!

Just Smogged mine a couple months ago. Berk HFC failed, just take it out now, I think the 3 year thing is probably true. Its damn near impossible to see the thing so checking it visually will be a pain, and he might not look because of it. My header had a sticker, the intake didn't but he didn't care about the intake, it makes little difference in the end. You need a stock cat, just grab one off the boards, should be easy.
