Where's a good place to go for a smog check near the East Bay (closer to Dublin the better)? Also hopefully they are mod friendly (just an exhaust).

Precision Honda in Pleasanton on Wyoming St. (Stanley and Bernal) 462-7440. They are good but expensive.

Quality Tune Up on Tassajara in Dublin is good too. They are cheap, but you'll get some $10/hr monkey driving your car around to warm up the catalytic converter if you are close to failing.

Nobody gives a shite about exhausts except cops. That is unless you have a test pipe! It is when you get closer to the engine (ie header, intake) that it starts to get iffy.

 

Hey thanks for the info. I got it done yesterday at All Smogs Test only center in Dublin on Village. Good place and he was fast. Cost was $69.

 

Do you have the number for this place? When I try to yp.yahoo.com it comes up with EVERY smog place in the bay area. $69 is hard to pass up!!!
