that's why you go in the beginner group so you can learn the basics and not get into anyones way...

If they'd blow up on autox, what do you think would happen at 75mph? Eeek.

Are you certain about that?

I thought the law was the gun couldn't be loaded. So a loaded mag outside the gun in your trunk was fine.
It changed a few years ago. Having ammo in the magazine can be used against you so quickly. If ammo is in the mag it will be automatically thought of as intent to harm. This is only in a car. Now a loaded gun carried on person is a misdemeanor. Carrying a concealed knife is a felony. Laws are so obscure sometimes it's so stupid.

I have the same problem on capt expway the usual ricer or bucket. I just let them act a fool and sometimes just give them the at the light and watch their reaction.

It's out there and has been discussed on calguns numerous times. If you want to have a loaded mag that's up to you. I wouldn't risk it. Having ammo in the trunk near a firearm is still sketchy but you can't do it. I'm jus saying it's not a good idea to have a mag with ammo in it in the car or without a ccw. You're entitled to think otherwise but I wouldn't want to get caught like that. We're in CA where we live with the most strictest rules.
