So I got ANOTHER parking ticket a week or so ago...

I was parked on the top floor of the 3rd street garage (on a rainy day, so I was one of the few up there, but at least there was no one parked next to me)

So I park in the corner spots so I don't have to worry about idiots dinging me with their doors on their massive SUVs...
I was parked on the line that way anyone could have fully opened their door and cleared my car.

Well, I came back to the garage and to this ticket:



Vu says I should fight it, but San Jose usually doesn't cave to ticket fights... anyone have any thoughts?

i got something similar in capitola. i was parked outside of the marked lines because the car behind me parked incorrectly.

stupid thing is that i come back and see a ticket on my window and not the van!!

I just throw parking tickets away. If I get a notice in the mail then I deal with it. If not then oh well. Never had a problem.
