It looks like it's gonna be July 27th at Parachute center in O'campo which is right outside of Lodi. Check out the website at parachutecenter.com. Everyone will have to make their own arrangements. I guess it would be best if we all figure out the best time to meet up there and then pay as we decide whether or not to risk our freeking lives by jumping out of a perfectly good airplane (hopefully) at 15,000 ft with a jumpmaster intimately strapped to your back (wish there were some female types. If there are I'm gonna snag her.) Check out the site. $100 to jump. Say it's your first. $150 for jump, pics and video. $135 for jump and video only. If you jump, you have to get the video! Hilarious! Great price! We may want to reserve times and jumps in advance as it is a Sunday and there may be lots of people. It is very cool there because you get to wait at the drop zone (if not jumping) and watch your loved one or friends plummet from the sky and then come gracefully gliding in and landing on their feet or grass stained jeans. Don't wear white pants! Blue jeans and tennis shoes are the best. No sandals or platform shoes! No necklaces, earings, or other things that will slap you or the jump master silly on the way down at 125 mph. Long hair? Tie it up! Be prepared to sign many legal forms that waive all and any recourse against the company and it's agents. If you get queazy, I would not eat a heavy meal before jumping. I thought I was going to black out during my first jump. Been there, done that. See weight restrictions on website. Dieting now!
It should be warm and great weather for jumping. If the weather isn't crystal clear with no winds, I ain't jumping!
Good luck and hope to see you there.
I'll firm up the time we will be there. I'm guessing about 1:00 pm for us as it is a 3 hour drive.

Come on you guys! Thought you had a need for speed! You won't be sorry you did it. Just think what you can tell your grandchildren! Hopefully! Two hours out of your life for a memory that will last forever. Even my girlie girl daughters are jumping. Lunacy runs in the family! My Airforce veteran girl friend is jumping. Her 18 year old son is making his first jump for his birthday. You old geezers don't have an excuse. Have life insurance? No I don't sell it.
Just kidding. Wish a lot of you would jump and go check it out. However, this happens everytime. Many show pre enthusiasm but then start thinking about it and fold. Oh well! You don't know what you're missing!
