hmm, i run a straight pipe without havin any unsightly stains on my rear bumper. i did notice the exhaust tips are somewhat discolored now, but it's probably nothing some polish can't get off.
jae: have you tried clay bar/polish to remove the stains on the bumper?

My godborthers white wrx had it but worse and my lil sis black wrx has it. You just can't see it but when I take a polish and wipe the bumper the cloth comes out dark brown.
