If you're in San Rafael (still going to Dominican?), check out Diamond Tire Center. I found them through tirerack's Recommended Installers. Got my tires changed there. Great services. Diamond Certified.

It came with the tires purchased at their shop. So I'm not sure how much they charge just for mount and balance. From the reviews that I read, their shop seems to be reasonable pricing. Just give them call to make sure.
