I've been to Target Masters in Milpitas which is an indoor facility, but I'm not sure if its what you need. There were two sections and in the other section, people were firing rifles. I was in the other section for pistols and it goes about 50 yards. You might want to call them and ask the range of the other firing section for rifles.

Coyote Point in San Mateo has an outdoor shooting range that has night time shooting as well.

my girlfriend's brother works there. he says he's got to wash all the lead bits out of his clothing everynight, and the employees have to take blood tests once a month to check for lead poisoning!
