Shooting on I80 in Richmond

I was just on the phone w/ my gf freaking out about being lost in richmond tryin to find I-80 late one night. She's not from the bay area so she didn't understand why I wouldn't want to be lost around there.
That's horrible though if they were random victims. Between this and that whole gang initiation by rear-ending and shooting people..idk wtf is goin on nowadays.

Stuff like this happens everywhere. Random shootings on highways has become a hobby to some. Did they ever set up a man hunt for the shooter? I heard they might...Great police work, a "might" after the suspect has a few hours to get the hell out of the area.
