Default shipping wheels with tires?

i was wondering if there was any specific shop that has heavy duty boxes to ship some wheels with tires? Or i guess i should ask everyone how they ship their wheels?

i used box brothers on Geary. I shipped 18/19 with tires to canada.

They lined the box with styrofoam. All together I think I paid like 120 for the box and styrofoam

Y not go to a wheel palce and ask for some boxes for like 24's or something. They would probably give the box for free.

Couple options. Buy Cardboard, shrink wrap and bubblewrap. Bubblewrap the faces of the wheels and then put at least two layers of cardboard on each side of the wheel. Then shrinkwrap and tape the shit out of it.

Or, you can buy 2 20x20x20 boxes. Line the box with bubblewrap and the faces of the wheels with bubblewrap. Get strong boxes as you put two wheels in each box. This method costs a little more (prob $150 total including shipping) than the other one, but it's safer.

I've shipped 3 sets of wheels like this:

Haven't had a problem yet. If you want the shipping to cost less, deflate the tires to 20psi or so.

you can always just deflate the tires and have ups box them for ya. they'll charge you a little bit but it saves you the trouble and u dont have to run around.

you dont have to deflate it all the way, just a bit. the more you deflate the lighter so shipping will be cheaper. im always lazy to find the supplies so i just bring it to the UPs by my work. i get 10% off there if you wanted to go that route. its the UPS store in lakeshore plaza by stonestown. pm if u wanna arrange something.
