ship them like tirerack...cheaper and more secure.

cut out circles from old boxes...two for top and one for bottom

add bubble wrap or something soft to the face

use packing tape to tape down

tada! easy, safe, no shifting, and cheaper to ship too

Yups.

That's the way that i've shipped 3 sets of rims + tires via UPS with no problems at all.

Don't forget to deflate the tires down to about 20 psi or so or you're going to be paying a whole lot more because of the weight.
