Usually parking enforcement crack down on sidewalk parking when wheelchair users complaint about the inaccessibility ....

Their wheelchairs tend to flip when they have to work around cars parked on driveways.

I've got a ticket like that and it is indeed $100. I've also got a ticket before for no front plate WHILE MY CAR WAS PARKED right outside my house.

I got 2 of those BS sidewalk tickets in front of my house too!!! Total crap tickets considering parking sux the big one around SF. The tickets are just money generators for the city.

I got the same $100 ticket last night, even though I left lots of room on the sidewalk for strollers, cyclists, walkers, etc. I'm protesting the $100 fine (even though I know that's the standard rate) because of two photos I took of the Taraval station police cars (about a dozen of them) parked on THEIR sidewalk on the morning THEY had to worry about street cleaning! This should be interesting. How do you post photos on this site anyway? Mack

it's normally reported by neighbors or by standards.. but yea that's pretty much SF.. and dont think they dont work off the clock (after 6PM) because even though DPT stops around 6PM, those white cars with the gold seals on the doors write out tickets
