Freaking Stevens Creek still denies this exists. Spoke to Rick at Hopkins and he knows about, stated the problem exactly, but its going to cost me another $150 to have them fix it. Gonna check the Helms manual and see if I can fix this myself before I bring it in to them.

Ok, the Clicking noise from the rear axle is actually from a Honda Service News, sent out Dec. 01'. Finally got Stevens Creek to recognize the problem, and they will be fixing my car again on Tues. no charge. Its not an actual TSB, but a Service bulletin sent out to dealerships.

I bought my car from hopkins, sad to hear the craps everyone gotten from them, I wont be going there for service for sure.
Wantone please give us what he replies to your last email. It seems like they tried to be proffesional and everything, but in the end arent even putting out an effort to try and please you as a customer. What the crap was the junk about how "your car is special to you, but not to our mechanics"!!?? I dont want to leave my 30k car with some guy who doesnt find it special at all! That'd be like leaving your kid with someone who thinks he/she is just some punk child just like any other.
30 miles to warm up an engine.... isnt that something like from Santa Clara to SFO?
What probably happened
1-5 miles: Very likely they were testing the shifter and systems.
5-10 miles: Probably tried a few things and just couldnt get it on the first few tries
10-15 miles: Mechanics were desperately thirsty and all of their cars broke down so they had to use yours to pick up some booze from downtown.
15-20 miles: Managers wife was pregnant and had to be rushed to the hospital
20-25 miles: They realized who's car it was and had to take it out clubbing. The ladies just love wantone's work
25-30 miles: They tried to get rid of the milage by putting the car in reverse, but after 5 miles figured it wasnt working and hoped no one would notice.
On a serious note: Anyone know of Stevens Creek Honda's service? That's closest to me, and I was planning to go their for most of my servicing needs.
Sucks to hear that everyones cars are being abused by folks who sell them. At times like this I wished I had a mechanic in the family -

I've had most of my oil changes done at Capitol Honda and haven't had any problems.
