EDIT: Reflecting back, most of my experiences with road rage drivers are drivers who drive pick up trucks. I wonder what they all have in common as owners of these large pick up trucks that make them act like uneducated, obnoxious, brute morons on the road?

Has been the case for me, too. Small dxxx complex I am sure you've heard.

I rarely encounter road rage (most of them are too in awe of my ride...hahaha j/k)

Actually I think it's not because truck drivers are naturally aggressive but they are physically larger so you get that feeling of superiority. Not saying it's right but it just happens in most cases.

Whenever I'm out in the H2 or larger SUV's - I love the feeling of being king of the road. Anyone who tailgates me will get my friendly steel tow hitch bar so I could care less if they hit me. Just more insurance for me to collect. I always drive respectfully but if you do piss me off or risk my family/occupants then all bets are off.

As for those crazy truckers, just ignore them - life is too short to get mad on the road IMO
