Sorry to hear about your Golden... you can borrow my Doberman if you like. But he's kind of energetic and a little too happy and playful.

As for seat restraints... I bought a harness for Toby (my Dobie) at PetCo. It was fairly inexpensive. Less than $20 if I remember correctly. You put the harness on the dog and thread the seatbelt through the harness.

Most cars have the locking mechanism for babyseats, so make sure you use it: Pull the seatbelt all the way out and then slowly let it retract. When it makes a "click click click" sound as it's retracting, you'll know that your doggie will be kept nice and snug!

You can play w/ my doggy....she's half maltese and half bichon (is this the right spelling?). I got my doggy seat restraint at PetCo...where the pets go.

Anyone know where I can get those pet hammocks or cargo bed covers for Pets? You know the ones you hang between the front and rear seats and they hook around the headrests.I tried all the local pet stores and major pet chains but can't find them. I can only find them online. You could play with my Corgi but he's too shy/timid or my gf's Corgi who loves to play fetch with a tennis ball or frisbee.

She may look innocent but she can tear down your room in 5.7 seconds.

doggie restraints are handy for keeping the dog in the car but in the event of an accident the puppy kill bag could deploy
