San Jose or Close s2K OWNERS - need help
hello,
i recently bought a 2000 s2000 w/ 30k miles with a clean title. i bought it 3 weeks ago, and the engines sounds funny. for example, when i am cruising around 50mph and let go of the gas, the car starts to vibrate and sound till i press in the clutch or gas the car more. Also, during normal cruising the engine sounds wierd too, comparing to my friends s2k.
Is it possible, anyone in San Jose, can meet up with me and test drive my car and let me know if this is normal?
Thanks

It's a normal clutch vibration noise doode. I have it in my car as well too. Change the fluids in the tranny and that might help just a bit. You might also want to change your clutch just for the heck of it, but other than that you should be ok.

Mine does the same thing from 3.5k to 2.5k deceleration. I was worried at first too, until I searched the forums and found it was a common and harmless problem, just annoying.
