I have no problem with them being in their own section, I'm just bummed that I have to pay to post an ad.

So, if I read the responses correctly, you're not supposed to sell things if you're not a paid member, regardless of the section? The recent ad in the Computers and Internet section, and tons of them posted in other regions by non-paid-members should be deleted?

well if you think about it. 20 bucks isn't really much. depending on what you sell. you get that 20 bucks anyways. plus it lasts for a year. it does suck because i know there are a lot of people that have stuff for sale but they dont post it here. craigslist is free. keep in mind you are supporting s2ki by giving up that 20 bucks also.

very true.

it does help support the site, and it's definitely cheaper than using something like ebay.

craigslist gets too many phishing responses... which is why I don't like using it

That's very true and I am inclined to do it, I'm just looking at all the other folks getting away with selling things and not paying for membership.

who? everyone that sells has a membership. i think the only time i saw a member sell something was a member that was on the forums for 6 yrs at the time. he got away with it because a admin was nice about it.
