This link above is the official SacS2K days thread with all the pertinent info. Looks like Station and BlariMorrow have put together a great set of events to compliment the Thunderhill Track days.

Quick summary:

Th-Fri June 20-21 : S2000 Challenge and Track days at Thunderhill Park
---Saturday: SacS2KDays starts consisting of-
Breakfast and product expo at Elk Grove Honda
A drive up through the twisty Sierra foothills up to Kirkwood for Lunch
Continued drive onto the East shore of Beautiful Lake Tahoe and upand over Mt Rose!
End Saturday at Reno Hilton and stay the night for partying food and fun.
---Sunday: Drive the Western coastline of Lake tahoe, stopping fr lunch and a photoshoot, and onward to an open house at Comptech (tentative).

Pretty cool event and no money required upfront! I think many of us bay area folks will enjoy this.

To the top. Have you guys reserved your room at the Reno Hilton yet? The deadline is midnight, May 31st. Hope to see you all there!!

 

Station do you have a head count of how many people have signed up so far?

 

Maury and I will be driving up early on Saturday to meet you all at Elk Grove Honda. Is this place on Rt. 99?? What time should we get there for breakfast/displays?? Will you have maps of the route we are driving to Tahoe for lunch?? We may or may not continue on to Reno so we are holding off with room reservations. Looking forward to seeing everyone from Bay Area!!

Yes...EG Honda is on 99, right by the Elk Grove Blvd exit. We will be meeting for breakfast at 8:00am. Looking forward to seeing everybody there!!

I don't have a map available of our planned route...I'll have to pull out my Thompson's guide and copy a part of it so we can distribute these at the breakfast. Thanks for the suggestion.

SilverSurfer: I will call the Hilton tomorrow to find out how many rooms have been reserved in our name. The only thing they require is that a minimum of 10 rooms be booked. I think we should have no problem there. Hopefully we can fill them all!!

 

I'm in, but haven't booked my hilton room yet, waiting to see if a fellow S2k owner from luxembourg is coming. If I don't hear by may 30th, I'll book my room.

Hey you all, I hope you all can come at least for part of the weekend! I have maps made up for the entire drive and will provide everyone that comes with one. We are going to go to Kirkwood as a group so I don't think anyone will get lost! We are looking forward to possibly having the largest group of S2000' all in one place ever! We will have a drawing for a $500.00 gift certificate as well as numerous door prizes etc!
