Default s2ki on iphone (how do you do it)?

I just got an iphone, and I've never owned a smart phone before.

What are you guys/gals using to browse and post on the forums?
I'm trying to use the the Safari app, but I've seen some people with Tapatalk.

I want to know what the "best" one is for those who use them (and why you think so, since it could be a matter of preference). The only forum I browse is s2ki, so I'm not really needing an app that is devoted to multi-forums, just whatever works best with s2ki. I'm assuming there's not a s2ki app?

Help a junior, amateur, baby, infant, iphone user find his way....

I still barely know how to use this thing, I feel so old fashioned.

(I did not type this post on the iphone)

I just use Safari & toggle between the default Mobile Mode & the Full Site mode; this is typically located at the bottom of the page on a link. I hear good things about Tapatalk but no first hand experience.

Hey JP, thanks this is good information I didn't even know about Mobile/Full-Site modes, I'm going to need to check that out!

Amateur question: what is desktop view? Is that an iphone ap? or a Safari view mode different from the other two mentioned above?

sorry, its the same as "full view mode" in safai that jp mentioned above. if you go to s2ki on your iphone, scroll all the way down to the bottom, you should see a button for "full view" or something like that

No prob. If you havent seen this yet on your phone; well, you can switch from portrait mode to landscape mode by rotating the phone 90deg. However, while youre in portrait mode, you can quickly double tap the Home button (round circle button with square) & a toolbar should pop-up on the bottom of the screen. Scroll the toolbar to the far left side & you will see an icon to lock the Portrait Mode orientation. This is useful if youre laying down on your side, reading in portrait mode so the phone doesnt switch to landscape.

Hope that makes sense.
