I think we can allow a few friends into the event.
I think that trying to get this to happen on the 7th of Feb is probably too soon to get everying lined up.
I'm going to Tentatively talk to Ray at DynoLabs about Saturday the 13th of March and see where we go from there.

they let you enter multiple dates, and then the participants can pick which ones they can go to, and base on the #s we can pick a date.

Three reasons for not going for the 7th...
1) The Dyno is booked
2) It seems we already have had a few people say they can't make it that day.
3) I doubt we could get everyone else lined up by then (just over a week away).
So, that leaves us with looking for another date. I figued middle of March would be a good time span. Plenty of time for everyone to clear their schedule to attend, time to find replacements for those who can't, AND...The Dyno is available.
