i havent done anything yet.
i just got a intelliguard 8000
and i am thinking about getting
infinity kappa perfect speakers i think
alpine amp
and alpine head unit.
this guy i talked to told me that it was gonna cost 1300
i also have a question, is alpine speakers more expensive or
infinity speakers more expensive.
but i heard that infinity speakers were better.

Depends on your taste and it depends on the model.
Among all the Alpines and Infinity's, the Kappa Perfects are the most expensive and sound the best to most people...I personally prefer the "warmer" sound of the Alpine Type R's (which cost half as much) but it's all preference...
Listen to as many as you can...Oh, and don't limit yourself to just those two brands...for the $300+ you'd pay for the Perfects, there are so many other things you can buy that might suit your tastes better
