Russian Spoon Sports?

I was just doing some surf when I noticed jdmland.com had a set of spoon sports sw388 in 16" with high def pix. One pic had a shot of the mounting surface and scribed clear as day "made in russia"! Someone tell me it's not true.

the Desmond Regamaster wheels utilized by spoon (as the SW388) are indeed manufactured in Russia.
