They loose their grip towards the end far more than RS3's do.
Meaning, as they get more worn out?
Yup, the RS3's are good down to the cords

I'd completely disagree with this statement.

As would I. My current rears are scary as shit on the dry right now and they are pretty bald.

z1 are extremely noisy on the road =/
Like you could hear them over your exhaust.
once you get used to a particular noise, you hear other noises.. unless it's your age

i drove my friend's car, bone stock, and the amount of sound that the z1 made was

you can actually hear the z1 humming, over the htrzIII.

I agree, even with my comptech exhaust and other noise making devices. I notice it more with the Z1 after they are less than 50% wear.

Drive on some rcomps and you won't be complaining about any noise the Z1's make.

Not the same stuff you are apparently . I was very happy to get the RS-3's off my car as the grip level had gone to shit.

The RS3 loose grip significantly once it hits the wear bar. Or it's just heat cycled out. I experienced a drop in lap time by 1 second. My guess is they heat cycled out. Meaning if they are shaved, they'd be good to cord.

The Z1 star spec also cycled out just pass the wear bar.

Those tires were used since brand new and frequently used on the street as well as on the track.
