That really sucks. Sorry to hear. Dang...and it's the Eclipse's highest model with the 20 or 30GB harddrive. damn!!! You could of just hopped in your car and chased him down w/ ur S2k...That's what I did before and got the guy's plate number w/ my cell phone then called the cops. Was arrested within 20 minutes. that really sucks man.

I was too surprised by the whole thing that I ran after him but didn't make an attempt to follow him. Basically he handed me a envelope where u can see money but he had it sealed so I was still trying to open it when I say out of the corner of my eye it seemed he was rushing to get out of there. The whole thing happened so fast - yes hindsight said I should have followed him to at least get his plate number

People get robbed, and by robbed I mean in the penal code sense (this was a theft), on CL transactions all the time. If you're buying/selling electronics be very cautious. Lots of them come armed.
