I have a whistling noise at part-throttle coming from the rear at both 38 mph and 55 mph. It sounds like when you blow into a beer bottle.

I'm gonna mess yours up next time I see you.

BTW, it only does one "click" at a time. When the car comes to a stop, it would be like "click".

Hope noone minds me buttin' into your local forum.
I don't seem to have noticed anything on this point:
Since you are getting this done at the Honda dealer, what fluid will they put into the diff once they are done? It has been reported that no "Honda" fluid is meant for this diff and the one that some Honda dealers put in will sooner or later damage the diff. I'd hate to see all you fellas pay all this money only to have them put in Honda fluid and then ................. KA --- BOOM!
Also, don't forget after about a 1000 miles or so, change that fluid again before you stomp on it hard.

Great point xviper. Do you think they will mind if we provide our own fluid? Failing that, would it be OK to drive home and change the fluid immediately (~150 miles for me)?

I bought some Mobil 1 75W90 gear oil. Dealers have no problem using your own oil. I always bring my own oil.

Yes, I literally did most of it myself. My opinions and pics and step by step can be found here:
