hey guys, long time since I've posted in this forum, but I thought I'd share some love... those of you in or around Los Gatos, you might be curious to check out the $2.5M Lamborghini Reventon just received at Silicon Valley Auto Group.

frankly, I think it's a dog ugly car, but I plan on swinging by later today to see if it looks better in person.

if it doesn't literally fly it isn't worth $2.5M. period. that is just ridiculous.

 

I think its a awesome looking car. Stealth looking. Is it worth the $2.5M?? probably not, but I'd buy it if I had millions or billions in my bank account.

I just went and looked at it. it's nice. but it's not 2.5x nicer than a McLaren F1 (not even half as nice). it's not 4x nicer than the F40 that I lust for sitting right behind it.

it can't get me to Vegas and back in under an hour like a nice used jet one could get for $2.5M. it can't spirit me away up to hover over Alcatraz and take in the magnificence that is the Bay Area like the beautiful helicopter one could get for $2.5M.

(seats only two + stuck on the ground + slower than the Veyron at 2x the price) < $2.5M

$2.5 mil? what a deal. especially when that car is probably electronically limited to 80mph.

 

rich man's toy. what do you expect when you have so much money. you have nothing to do with it all. i think it looks good. just not worth it.
