Reputable alignment shops

Custom alignment is a rip off IMO... They wanted me to wait 3 weeks and charge me over $200 for an alignment!!!
Also the reason why they asked you to wait 3 weeks is because Custom alignment is definitely in demand and their slots are always pretty full. My buddies and I experience the same when making appointments to have them work on our cars. They work on all type of cars from Lambos, Panteras, Ferraris, Porsches, BMWs, Audis, Corvettes, Vipers, Shelbys, WRXs, and Cobras to mention a few makes.
In any case I was only trying to be helpful in giving an additional option to explore.
If it didn't fit the mold than so be it... Also to call a business with whom you only talked to on the phone a rip off is a bit unfair because no business took place and therefore they didn't rip you off... You may say that they are to expensive or that their quote is to high but until you have had experienced the quality of their work you shouldn't call them a rip off....
I needed to say this to set the record straight... If money is the object the thread should have been named "Who does the best CHEAPEST work for a street alignment..." I then would have not mentioned Custom Alignment...

I do appreciate your post.. because maybe in the future when I buy coilovers and what not.. I'll go over to them because from what you say, they seem to be the best of the best. And you were keeping myoptions open, which I like too. So I'm not bashing on you at all (and take it from the thread starter) thanks!

I did say that Custom alignment wasn't cheap... They do fantastic suspension work for racing and customized alignment which they fully guarantee... On the other hand if one is only looking to get an alignment for street use then your are correct in going over to Orlando @ Auto Innovation or other good alignment shops. The price comparison for the aforementioned type of work is more competitive which makes a $200 estimated quote seem like a rip off. My experience with Custom alignment has always been great and I always got more than expected in handling performance. They normally give a high price quote because they don't know what they will find until they actually have the car in the shop to look at and see what actually is wrong or going on.... Some cars are breeze to align while others although of the same make can be bears. Their going hourly rate is $85 per hour or at least that's what it was the last time I was there.
